It’s a full experience to walk the streets where dreams are born. Oh, and the food…Hot chicken, BBQ, gourmet donuts, and Southern-style biscuits from the best!

What dates are the event?

The event runs from April 21st – April 24th.

Where Is The event located?

Girls with Grit Live 2024 will be hosted at the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown.

How do I get a room at the discounted group rate?

We have negotiated a group rate of $319 per night for 4/21-4/23. Additional nights may be available, at the hotels discretion, based on hotel availability.. To ensure that you are booking within the room block and getting the specialty rate, please reserve your rooms through our booking site, https://book.passkey.com/event/50686802/owner/50237007/home. If you have any trouble booking your room, please notify us at hello@girlswithgritcollective.com before reaching out to the hotel.

I don’t want to room alone, can I bunk up with someone?

Absolutely! The Girls with Grit community will be your new best friends and many would love to split a room with you. We will have a private Facebook group for attendees only that you can connect with other attendees and make a post for roomies!

Which airport should I fly into/how far away is the airport from the venue?

Nashville International Airport is the closest airport to the event and a short 20 minute car ride to the venue. Girls with Grit does not provide ground transportation and highly recommends booking a Lyft or Uber for all transportation needs.

Will there be virtual tickets available?

We believe in getting in the right rooms with the right people and unfortunately, that atmosphere is not possible virtually. There will be no virtual tickets available for Girls with Grit Live 2024.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. We do offer a transfer window during which you may transfer your ticket to another attendee with a $50 transfer fee. Tickets are transferable during that window ONLY. Tickets are not to be sold or advertised in any Girls With Grit Facebook Group. Violation of this policy could result in being removed from the Facebook group.

Are we able to transfer tickets if I’m no longer able to attend?

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred during the transfer window only, with a $50 transfer fee. Tickets may not be advertised or resold at any time in any Girls With Grit Facebook Group

What happens if the event is not able to take place due to COVID?

If the event is unable to continue due to COVID-19 regulations, tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. This policy only applies if the event is canceled.

What is the itinerary?

While we will not release the timed itinerary until right before the event, you can plan on check-in starting around 3p on Sunday for Double Diamond ticket holders and 4p for all other ticket levels, General Session all day Monday and Tuesday, and a Bonus Day of content until 12p on Wednesday (tickets required for Bonus Day for General ticket holders).

What kind of content should I expect?

We are still working on our speaker lineup and topics (coming soon!), but speakers at previous Girls with Grit Live events spoke on topics such as Expanding Your Luxury Real Estate Business, Starting a Real Estate Team, How to Create Core Advocates & Endless Referrals, Shattering the Glass Ceiling, as well as so many more helpful topics that give you actionable ideas to start implementing in your business ASAP!

Are we able to get the presenter’s slide decks and video of the conference?

While we are unable to provide the slides or video of the main stage speakers due to contractual obligations, the Breakout Sessions will be available to purchase for Sapphire and Diamond ticket holders and is included for Double Diamond ticket holders.

What kind of outfits do I need to bring?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! While we do host themed events that may inspire an outfit, we want you to come ready to learn and have fun in whatever makes you feel the best in!

What is the parking situation at the hotel?

We have negotiated a 15% discount to the normal $60 daily valet rate for our attendees who will only need to pay $51 daily for valet parking at the hotel. For more cost effective parking, Music City Convention Center is across the street and allows daily parking for $10-$25 or overnight for $35.

Are meals provided with my ticket?

Diamond ticket holders are able to attend a VIP Dinner and Double Diamond ticket holders are able to attend a VIP Dinner and a VIP Lunch, but otherwise you are on your own for meals. We strongly recommend making reservations at close-by restaurants for your dinner plans. Breakfast is complimentary and the hotel does serve lunch in their onsite restaurant.
